Direct Support Professional-Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in a home environment with daily activities, toileting, eating, bathing, etc. Coach and model skills that will increase their abilities and independence. Escort individuals to several fun community activities. No experience necessary-we will provide you with paid training.

Direct Support Professional - ICF

o    Euclid, Pepper Pike, South Euclid, Cleveland, and Parma Heights

o    Part-time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available - Euclid, Pepper Pike, and Cleveland

o    Full-time and part-time  2nd and 3rd shift  positions available  - South Euclid and Parma Heights location

Direct Support Professional - Waiver 

o    Brookpark and Bay Village

o    Full-time and part-time 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities available

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license with 4 points or less.
  • 21 years of age or older.

  • Pass a background and drug screen.
  • Be able to stand, stoop, kneel, and lift 50-100 lbs.

Direct Support Professional (Day Services)- Directly reporting to the Manager of Day Services with the oversight of the Director of Clinical Services, the DSP for Day Services assists the individuals in the community and in the Day Services Setting, in accordance with each Individual Service Plan and within the parameters of the policies and procedures of Rose-Mary

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

**Individuals will report to group home in Brook Park, OH at 8:00 am and end at the group home in Brook Park, OH at 4:00 pm. They will pick-up 1 individual that they will bring to the Day Program in Cleveland and then return the same individual to this Brook Park goup home each afternoon.**


  • Provide proof of obtaining a High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass a reading comprehension test
  • Valid Ohio Driver's license with 4 points or less
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Work weekends and holidays
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Pass and maintain Med Pass Certification
  • Possess a cooperative, caring nature, and ability to work in stressful situations in a calm manner

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel and lift up to 50-100Ibs
  • Assisting with hygience and incontinence care as written in the individual service plan
  • Transferring individuals (with or without mechanical lifts) from wheelchair to chair, chair to wheelchair, in and out of the restroom, and in and out of vehicles
  • Pushing wheelchairs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Under the general supervision of the Manager of Nursing Services, the LPN is responsible for the daily medical care of the children and young adults we serve.

Full-time with benefits.
                 Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
                 On-call responsibilities

*LPN must be willing to drive to designated group homes located in South Euclid, Bedford Heights, and Parma Heights.*


  • Observes and interacts with the individual's each day to learn each child's usual behaviors, so as to be better at recognizing and evaluating any unusual behavior. Records all observations and care in adequate detail in the nurse's notes.
  • Follows physician orders for the care of each individual , i.e., treatments, medications, etc., and properly records each. Schedule individual medical appointments and provide information to manager. Attends when appropriate.
  • Observes individual's and records all pertinent information, treatments, illnesses, injuries, and behavior in the nurse's notes in adequate detail, and in the 24-hour report briefly. Record all treatment on the treatment cardex.
  • Writes monthly summeries, formulates, and updates daily as needed nursing care plans and intervention for assigned individuals.
  • Assists the Manager of Nursing Services in orienting the staff of symptoms and prognosis of specific diseases or syndromes. Keep parents and staff informed of the individual's medical, physical, and emotional progress and/or needs.
  • Communicates with the Manager of Nursing, Site-Supervisor, QIDP, and DSP's on specific and general individual/program related problems or issues of concern.
  • Ensures privacy and confidentiality in record keeping and other matters to client care, including diagnosis, prognosis, and medication. Imparts information to staff on a need to know basis.


  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Licensed by The State of Ohio with appropriate certification to pass medications
  • Minimum of one-year experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing and/or working within a facility for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Must be NAPNES certified.
