Progam Manager-Waiver Group Homes
The Program Manager will directly report to the Director of Operations with oversight from the Executive Director. The Program Manager is responsible for providing support, guidance, quality assurance, and training to Site Supervisors assigned to each group home in their core group. Their primary responsibilities are to be a role model, ensuring that Site Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals are providing exemplary care, and are fiscally responsible. The Program Manager is to resume the responsibility for the overall programmatic and operational needs within each site and cluster assigned. The Manager will assure the quality, comprehensive and person-centered services are being provided to the individuals in each site. They will ensure that individual rights and welfare are maintained through programs, policies, and associate training/development. The Manager will be professional, flexible, positive, willing to learn, teach and coach, be a good communicator and well organized.

Three years of supervisory experience
Five years of experience in DD field
Demonstrated ability for self-direction in work

Bachelor's degree preferred. Comparable experience considered.

Assistant Program Manager
Directly reports to the ICF Manager with oversight from the Director of Operations. Schedule: Full time position with on call responsibilities. (Salary Exempt)
Locations: Eastside ICF group homes in Cleveland, Euclid, South Euclid, Shaker Heights and Pepper Pike.
Assist and provide support the County Board ICF Program Manager.
Fill Supervisor or Manager vacancies when they occur for vacation and more ( part of Manager on-call rotation).
Provide Quality Assurance in the following areas:Ensuring group assignments and rotations are occuring, Documentation, Safety, Housekeeping, Family Style Dining, Drills, Policy and Procedure Compliance, Maintenance and General upkeep of the homes.
High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years of Direct Support Professional experience required
Previous Supervisor experience required
Maintain med pass certification

Their primary responsibilities are to ensure that employees are providing exemplary care, are equipped, exceeding the standards of care and are fiscally responsible.
