Current Openings:

Direct Support Professional-Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in a home environment with daily activities, toileting, eating, bathing, etc. Coach and model skills that will increase their abilities and independence. Escort individuals to several fun community activities. No experience necessary-we will provide you with paid training.

Direct Support Professional - ICF

o    Euclid, Pepper Pike, South Euclid, Cleveland, and Parma Heights

o    Part-time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available - Euclid, Pepper Pike, and Cleveland

o    Full-time and part-time  2nd and 3rd shift  positions available  - South Euclid and Parma Heights location


Direct Support Professional - Waiver 

o    Brookpark and Bay Village

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license with 4 points or less.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Work weekends and holidays.
  • Pass a background and drug screen.
  • Be able to stand, stoop, kneel, and lift 50-100 lbs.

Receptionist- Directly reporting to the HR Manager with the oversight from the Director of Staff Services, the receptionist is responsible for various duties involving the clerical projects and contact with the public.

Responsibilities include: greeting guests, answering phones, notifying the appropriate staff of visitors and calls, general cleaning, opening, distributing and metering mail, data entry, updating the maintenance requistion checklist/table, completeing small projects, typing, filing, and communication for the Executive Director, Project Manager and Director of Develpment. The receptionist will also be responsible for reviewing the medication  administration hotline, logging and reporting results daily. The candidate is expected to display excellent customer service and communication supporting the organization in providing exempleary care, equipping staff, exceeding standards of care and being fiscally responsible.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm


  • Must be able to produce a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able display a professional and personable demeanor during public interactions
  • Must be able to display attention to detail and organization on a consistent basis
  • Minimum of one year clerical or receptionist experience preferred
  • Must be able to type 45 wpm

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, twisting, standing, climbing, and kneeling
  • Frequent typing
