Direct Support Professional-Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in a home environment with daily activities, toileting, eating, bathing, etc. Coach and model skills that will increase their abilities and independence. Escort individuals to several fun community activities. No experience necessary-we will provide you with paid training.

Direct Support Professional - ICF

Direct Support Professional - Waiver

  • Valid Ohio driver’s license with 4 points or less.

  • Be able to stand, stoop, kneel, and lift 50-100 lbs.

Manager of Nursing - Manager of Nursing Services will have the primary responsibility for administering and coordinating nursing and medical services and programs for individuals. This position will directly supervise nurses responsible for the day-to-day nursing operations. The Manager of Nursing Servises will report directly to the Director of Clinical Services.

Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours per week

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt

Primary responsibilties will include:

  • Supervision of the delivery of health care services to the individuals with developmental disabilities we serve in community group homes and Day Services
  • Assuring the nursing function is integrated with the person centered plan and our philosophy
  • Directing the Site Nurses to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State, and Rose-Mary standards, guidelines and regulations
  • Providing employee training on medication administration and health care services
  • Developing and implementing health related policeis and procedures


  • Current RN license and BSN
  • Minimum of 2 years aof clinical nursing management experience
  • 2 or more years of experience with the IDD population required
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate well with employees and families about healthcare issues
  • Must maintain current CPR certification

Qualified Intellectual Disability Specialist (QIDP) for 18 children and yound adults in group home settings located in Richmond Heights, South Euclid, and Bedford Heights.  

Schedule: Full-Time, Hourly, On-Call Resposibilities


  • Evaluates each individual's functioning level to determine strengths and needs. Develops Individual Habilitation Plans (IHP): reviews/evaluates programs on at least a quarterly basis; provides written reports on the status of habilitation services and programs on at least a quarterly basis; provides written resports on the status of habilitation services and programs of individuals.
  • Coordinates and trains the Direct Support Professionals in the implementation of each IHP and monitors the provision of these services.
  • Provides in-service training and writes training procedures, as needed in areas such as systematic instruction, data collections, task analysis, confidentiality and privacy etc., that result in improved quality of services.
  • Evaluates programs on an on-going basis through observation, data reviewing, staff interviews and direct hands-on service with the residents. Coordinates program services and acts as the trouble shooter on program related issues.
  • Provides orientation and training to staff in regards to program record keeping; monitors paperwork for the completeness and accuracy including maintaining confidentiality and privacy in accordance with any local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintains familiarity with current State Licensure and Federal/Medicaid regulation standards as they apply to the development of the IHP and program records.
  • Monitors and evaluates behavior programs in conjunction with the psychologist and behavior specialist. Ensures the programs are in compliance with Rose-Mary polices and procedures.
  • Assists the Director with performance evaluations as it relates to staff's implementation of IHP's.


  • Bachlors degree in education, social work, psychology or related fields required.
  • Candidate MUST have at least one year of paid experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid & Lincensure requirements.
  • Willing to carry on-call company cell phone and work flexible hours.
  • Must be a self-starter and highly organized.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License, criminal background check and drug testing required.
